Order Processing

  • You will be contacted to confirm order details before shipping.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking code via WhatsApp to follow your shipment status.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days depending on location.

  • Delivery to Cairo & major governorates usually takes 2 business days.

  • Please note: Business days exclude Fridays and official holidays.

While we do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to shipping conditions, weather, holidays, or high order volumes.
