Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging and condition.
  • Used items or products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

Please note:

  • If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery, and we will cover all return or exchange shipping costs.
  • If the customer wishes to return or exchange an item for personal reasons unrelated to damage or defects, the customer will be responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs.

Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
